Landlords. If you have a property manager you need them to update you every monday morning with what happened last week in your properties. It is an absolute must. Here’s the email that I got this morning:
I changed the price of the fridge. We need to get this rehab done soon. I have interest in it already.
My client is ready to move on buying both properties. he will be getting a loan and asks if an extended escrow be done. He wants his intentions known to you that he wants to offer what you wanted…. 160k for each building. It should be a smooth sale once his funding is in place.
Please let me know your thoughts on both issues.
